Tula Pahate Re’s Subodh Bhave is proud of his grey hair; here’s what he has to say

Subodh Bhave, the veteran Marathi actor, plays the lead role in the show Tula Pahate Re, in which he essays the role of Vikrant Saranjame, a businessman aged over 40.
Being a middle aged character, his salt and pepper look has become a talking point on social media with many trolls over the same. In an exclusive chat with TimesofIndia.com, the actor opened up on his look and the trolls.
Subodh said, “Even during my school days, I had grey hair.During my college days, I used to feel a little ashamed of my hair colour and used to dye them. But now after so many years, I ask myself, why should I dye my hair?”
He adds, “I feel lucky that I got this show in which I had to play the character of a person who is of my age. So, I felt I need not dye for this. Also, I indeed feel proud about my grey hair and I believe there is no need to hide the reality. We should accept the person as he is."
Coming back to the storyline of the show, Subodh aka Vikrant is paired alongside Gayatri Datar, who is half his age. She essays the role of Isha Nimkar in Tula Pahate Re.
